Please be sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address, or Paypal will not be able to process your payment. Contact your credit card company if you encounter problems, to verify your billing address is current, especially if you have moved recently. You must use the e-mail and password you originally signed up with for Paypal. Click on the Paypal link to "resend password" after you proceed to "secure checkout" if you have forgotten.

Q: What happens after I submit my renewal payment?

After completing payment, you will receive an e-mail subject "Wholesale Account Renewed." Please allow 1 business day to receive your e-mail notice. If you renew on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please allow until Monday, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time for your wholesale account renewal notice.

Your renewal notice will indicate the day your package will be mailed if our records do not indicate you already have the current catalog and price list. Package will be mailed via USPS regular mail. Allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Please keep a record of the Paypal transaction number and your confirmation e-mail for inquiries.

Q: Can I mail my renewal payment?

Yes, you can mail check or money order only (credit cards not accepted offline) to: BLOOM DISTRIBUTION, P.O. BOX 6826, LEES SUMMIT MO 64064. Be sure to include your account number on the check.
